The short version

The tools on this site run entirely inside your browser. Files you convert, text you enter and dates you calculate are never transmitted to us and never stored on our servers. We could not retrieve them if we wanted to.

What the tools do with your data

Every tool on aitoolsor.com is client-side JavaScript. When you convert an image to a PDF, generate a QR code or calculate a GPA, the processing happens on your own device using standard browser APIs. No file, input value or result leaves your machine as part of that process. Closing the tab discards everything.

What we do collect

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand which pages are used and how people arrive. This collects standard web analytics data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and referring site. It is used in aggregate to decide what to build next. You can block it with any tracker-blocking extension or browser setting without affecting how the tools work.

Search Console

We use Google Search Console, which reports the search queries that led to this site in aggregate. It does not identify individuals.

Server logs

Our host records standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) as part of operating and securing the server.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we hold that message and your address for as long as needed to deal with it. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies

The tools themselves set no cookies. Analytics and our caching layer may set cookies for measurement and performance. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the tools will continue to work.

Third parties

Some tools load an open-source JavaScript library from a public CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) so the tool can run in your browser. Your browser requests that file directly, which means the CDN sees your IP address as it would for any web request. Your data is not sent to it — only the library comes back.

Other third parties involved in running this site: our web host, and Google for the analytics products named above.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because the tools collect nothing, in practice this concerns analytics data and any email you have sent us. Contact us via the contact page and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
